lol, I actually made this skin because someone wanted a dirty version of it.

just search "Operator" and you'll find what you're looking for.

As for the missing irons, that's an Insurgency bug where exiting Ins and relaunching + rejoining the same server will bug out mods and make mod textures and models disappear for some reason.
