The triangle count and texture size don't seem that high, but mesh info is giving this the highest "weight" of any asset I have. I'm not sure why.

NO.

Tourism has a negative impact on commerce demand. Yes the "bug" was fixed but it wasn't a bug that was fixed. It was working as intended and the devs "nerfed" it, so tourism whatsoever has a negative impact on commercial demand. I suppose this is acceptable when you have lots of commercial demand to burn off.
