The only problem I see with this interchange is that it doesn't offer any way to reverse your travel direction.

This thing really does work amazingly well. I'm sure in real life it is wildly impractical, but its made my traffic sooo much smoother.

I put this in my city last night for kicks just because I wanted to see how it would work in the midst of my industrial traffic Armageddon. I was surprised by how incredibly well it's holding up! Excellent flow and looks terrific to boot. 👍

Just saying, pinavias are only for showing off, because it's not efficient at all to convert every single lane into a different bridge.
