Matching worn carry handle for my worn M16A4 & M4A1 retexture.

Removed phong because it looks ridiculous on things that are supposed to be dirty.
Includes world texture.

Sorry guys, was AFK for better part of a year due to babies ejecting from wife. Didn't even know it stoppped working but Suo's got your back it seems.

Would a version that only affects the M4's carry handle be possible? I like your skins but personally I prefer to have different skins for the M4 and M16, for more variety. Thanks!

Doesn't seem to be working for me. Any sugestions why? I don't have any other mods that seem they would conflict.
