Smurfit Stone Building in Chicago. Built in 1984 at 150 N Michigan Avenue.
The building was scaled down to half its actual size to fit the scale of Cities: Skylines.

Its such a great building! but it gets all distorted when you view it from far away, also it would be nice if there was a growable version.

Looks really nice and makes a great addition in game, but I find that the appearance and textures are subject to severe distortion when viewing from a distance.

The roof only looks light gray because of the way the light hits it in the screenshot. Under normal lighting, the roof is dark gray.

Nice model. The roof usually appears black in pictures though (or very dark gray). In yours it's a bit of a lighter gray (or so it appears).
