Basic Info
All the Human Tanks you can deploy (and most enemies) are listed here. This data is also available as a spreadsheet at this link[docs.google.com]

Tanks that attack in a pattern centering on themselves are stated as having a Range of 0. The actual range of their attack is equal to the Area value minus 1.
EG. A Shock Tank with an Area of 3 hits everything within 2 spaces.

The discrepancy is because these attacks are treated just like a range attack, except targeting itself. A Shock Tank with an Area of 1 would only hit itself (like Peko-Peko).

Evasion:
Attacks against Tanks with Evasion can miss. The accuracy of an attack depends on the type of tank:
Shock = Sword > Assault = Recon > Artillery = Control
Additionally, Tanks that have a Target area of 1 miss more often.
I'm not certain how Battery Tanks do, but they are at least as good as Assault

Tanks with Snipe ignore Evasion.

Tanks with Perfect Evasion will avoid all attacks from Tanks without Snipe

Tanks with Illusion will avoid all attacks until a special condition is met, even from Tanks with Snipe.

Symbols:
^ means the tank directly above.
Revive means the Tank returns after a mission even if it's destroyed, like Ruru
Snipe means the Tank's attacks cannot be evaded
E : Episode number

i unlocked the unlimited battery tank,Elle,high speed amored tank and top level Royal sniper,i just cant find the enemy commander tanks,have any way to know where they are?

every map has its own limit for a speed victory. I can't remember what it is for fb16, but I believe it is difficult to accomplish it when you first unlock it. going through the great cavern will unlock far better tanks that make it trivial.
