Kuvaus
You need money to terraform, so if you have 0$ it won't work.
Install unlimited money mod or get rich to terraform.

Control keys:
For laptops you can redefine keys in the settings - Map editor tab -> Look at last screenshot

By default:
Numpad Plus / Minus changes brush size
Shift + Numpad Plus / Minus changes tool strength
Ctrl+Z to undo
Right click to set height for leveling ground

This works better than Extra Landscaping Tools. Just ignore anything that says it's not compatible, I have the game on 4 computers, and each is set up different. ELT has had bugs for months. I suggest using this until they clear it up in a few months. Even the newest version of ELT is having issues. For me, this works a lot better as this lets me level the terrain faster.

It was reported as - not working - many times before, but it still works with the latest update. Thought it got obsolete when they added terraforming into base game :)

Needs to be updated to work with current version of Cities Skylines. Game reports this version not compatible.
