This intersection is made to be highly effective with the way the game handles traffic at the moment and I find it works really well!
It's made so the on-ramps will be on two sides, this will make cars use all 3 lanes on the highway, very effective!
It's raised off the ground to make it easyer to fit without slope problems.

When placing it I suggest you do it with pillars on (refrence to NoPillars mod) it will have some pillars that goes trough roads, to get rid of these just select highway off-ramp and upgrade road tool, then depending on if you want the pillar or not you just change the one way direction of the ramp with pillar on if you want a pillar there or floating if you dont want one there by right clicking on the road (again refrence to NoPillars mod)
This is of course just to get the right look.
