Magical Fountain *Please read full description*

It looks like a regular fountain, but don't be fooled. Placing this fountain in your city will instantly make all your citizens within a 1 tile radius extremely happy. Every single building will go from angry red to blissfull blue. Some say you can't put a price on true happiness. But what the heck, let's make it TWO MILLION!

Joking aside, it's a 1x1 park that is maintenance free. It actually costs 2.000.000, but you won't need any other parks within a 1-1,5 tile radius. Your citizens will start upgrading their buildings (usually to the max level). It works well if you simply don't feel like building parks in your city, but you want that happiness effect. You'll usually increase your weekly income by around 50%, so over time you will earn back your investment.
