As the title says it provides Highways with a U tun in both directions without affecting the main flow of traffic

Forgot to mention this is set up from Left Hand traffic (Australia, UK and such). It's what I'm used to and I didn't notice until I had published it. If your looking for a right hand side one I will have it up sometime in the next day
