So its been a while since i've made a mod for skyrim, and why not bring in this missing mod.

So I made godly lightning, and fire but not ice? well here it is the third and final spell for the godly destruction spells :)

the tome is as usual found on the pathway from the moment you enter whiterun

this spell is pretty much the ice form shout concentrated into a spell it will paralyze your fores in ice for 10 seconds at a time and will travel extremely far so be wary if using this in a town such as whiterun

no additional DLC are required

Will it kill those Stormcloak camp leaders? After i knock them down it's fun freezing with my ice spice and watching them tumble.

how much damage does this do cuz im looking for one that will intakill enemies

If that doesn't help get it through the console by pressing "~" on your keyboard above the tab key once the console is open type: help "Godly Ice", make sure godly ice is in quotes. Then you'll see a list of things named godly ice look for the tome. Then once you have found it the string of numerals next to it is what you need to pay attention to so then type: player.additem (Id of tome) 1, then you have it :D if that doesn't work make sure you subscribe to the mod

Once entering whiterun through the main gate there is a very tiny bridge right when you enter its on the far right of the little pathway
