been playing around with it for a few days, great fun, thanks for the challenge! Seems fine with 4m in the treasury, pop around 57k

A good crash course in dealing with traffic growing pains.

Skipton is over 65k pop now, healthyand have over 2.4M cash and so no danger of bankrupt etc...I played as much as possible for not to change its original plan and view.Can easily go for 100+k pop or more without many (traffic maybe the issue but if i take my time it will be ok also ) problems.I will play again when i have time.Cheers.
