Beskrivning
Description:
Residential street pattern (small version) for good traffic-efficiency and looks. Actually inspired by real world study of residential street pattern design:

- "Figure 7: Buildable area, street area and open space area percentages comparison"

Infos:
- Place anywhere you like but ban heavy traffic in the district where used.
- There is a 5x5 space in the middle. Place a park to raise land value or zone it.
- You can combine them together infinitely. Delete 2 of the outside roads and connect the pattern appropriately.

Does Service building have good range with this layout? Every time I try something like this, I have to build tons of service buildings to cover all the streets

@BFBlazer, All grid/template mods like this are located in the Intersections portion of the toolbar. This said you should download all roads unless you want it to be locked until you hit a population milestone

Where do I find the mod once I'm in game on the map? I've just started a new map so it may be blocked but I don't see it and I see the intersections I've subscribed to.

This is awesome. I played simcity before and got too used to the way zoning automatically places roads for you. This solves everything

Is it possible to change your mods to have zero population requirements? This would help out just starting a new map, and that is currently not possible due to restrictions.
