Adds text display of SimCity 2013 calculated population - GetFudgedPopulation!

Maxis in SimCity 2013 fudged the displayed population in the UI so it felt like you had a lot of Sims, although the number of Sims simulated was actually quite lower. This mod re-uses that formula taking the population you see in the Cities Skylines UI and adds another Fudged Pop # to the UI so you see both real and fudged populations.

unlike simcity where everyone shares everything and not even every sim is simulated

@DragonRyder75 I don't understand your twattery regarding this mod. The simulated numbers in the game aren't in any way realistic, I don't see what's wrong with wanting a neat little (more) realistic estimate of what the population for a city that size would be

This mod is for you wen you suck at the game and the game wants to make you feal good so it does this so say hay look what you done your a big boy now (: then you stop crying and asking your mom for new games
