Beskrivning
"Cyrodiil or Cyrod, also known as the Imperial Province, is the capital province of the Empire in Tamriel and is the homeland of the Imperial race.

It is situated in the center of Tamriel, where the Emperor, along with his Elder Council, lives and rules from the Imperial City. Cyrodiil is a wealthy and powerful nation and is the center of the Empire. Cyrodiil serves as the setting for The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion. The demonym is "cyrodiilic"."

Love the map but once I unlocked all 21 squares I realized I couldnt fit any other cities on it (they sit just outside the border. Making the map smaller would really hurt the imperial city size, so any chance you could make a map that all 21 aquares are just the imperial city area area? Thanks, great map!

@engineer: 2 water spots on opening square, I put pumps SW and drain NE. Or you can use water tower until you unlock a square.

Make somethig with the water stream - the only one starting water point is too small for placing water pump and canalisation. As a result, my citizens was ill.
