-Costs a little more to maintain and buy then a normal facility

It produces a very minuscule amount of energy in order for it to function.
Note: Without this edit the facility will not do anything

I think its automatic? idk its sjut a settign in the content maker. iv noticed there not being different colors myself.

I may have been another persons mod i know i tried one and it didnt work so i went ot find out what was wrong and fixed it. as far as i know it should work as intended.
