It's even easier than you think! Then again, why create something this rediculously easy? Wouldn't you want to perplex your test subjects with better? Here's maps that do just that:

Minimum two portal placements. How? I can push the button just by jumping and using my use key repeatly. I can jump the gap to the exit. Too easy.
