Inconspicuous Alley

This was a "park" was made in the first twitch lie stream of C:S from a Paradox Staff Member promoting the game pre release to show how u can mod ur own park and use it in game. It was named "Inconspicuous Alley" and sat on a corner in a residential area... It had smoke coming out!!!

I'm not sure what this is supposed to be, but it definitely doesn't look like an alley. Seems like a corner piece because of the billboard being diagonal. Speaking of billboards, neither the title nor description mentions the billboard. I think my city has enough billboards.
