[TEI] should be swapped with [OPTRE] to effect the shown change.

Thanks to the help of big_wilk on the armaholic forums, he helped me code the mission end trigger to have another progress based condition. The mission will play the exact same but hopefully it will fix your problem. Let me know!

so the only mods or workshops goods I have on etc is the other Eridanus Insurrection scenarios in workshops

I've collaborated with other testers and the problem seems isolated to you. No others were able to find the bug. However, I have theories as to why you're encountering it and I will do my best to fix it for you. I'll have a new version up in the afternoon!
