Elevated pedestrian path roundabout over a highway roundabout.

You can add a park (5x3) in the middle, just place a road, then a park, and delete the road :)

@rune1993 : I guess it is, this is just a premade roundabout with pedestrian paths. The mod you link creates pedestrian paths above roundabouts and intersections you select, so there should be no issue.

I find elevated pedestrian walkways to be too sharp of an angle in the way that cities does them currently. I find it very unrealistic and jarring because of the slope.

If you want to lid the park, you can build the underpass to connect road outside

I tried the road, park, remove road theory and the residents complained about lack of police coverage. I suppose the hearse would have trouble also.
