Solar x20 boost & centred solar panels

Beskrivelse
I enjoy the centred solar panels by infAl, http://gtm.steamproxy.vip/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=297548355 , but felt solar power to be useless without a substantial boost to power output. This is a 20x boost to solar output power. It can be used as a drop-in replacement of infAl's mod.

(He mentioned in the comments to his mod that he wouldn't mind other people using his work.)



Small Ship
Small Reactor: 0.1 MW
Large Reactor: 3.5 MW
Solar Panel: 0.6 MW (from 0.03 MW)


Large Ship:
Small Reactor: 5 MW
Large Reactor: 100 MW
Solar Panel: 2.4 MW (from 0.12 MW)



This version uses the following naming scheme:
original solar panels unchanged, centred ones named Solar Panel Centred.

I have edited an existing mod to compliment the use of this one if people are looking for a set of smaller solar panels with power output balanced with this one.

Sorry, I should wrote something more specific. Anyway, the output is capped at the default limits.

(Keen have some silly system in place where mods uploaded with the Dev version give warnings on the Stable one, while mods uploaded with the Stable version give warnings on the Dev version. The actual mods are exactly the same though, so I have no idea why they put this in place. One can upload the same mod twice, two versions, but that means reconfiguring the game install each time just to upload the exact same thing. I don't know why they do that, it just makes very little sense.)

i'm getting a warning that the mod is for dev-version
can give problems in stable-version
can this be fixt plz

noticed today that the solar panels on small ship only put out 27kW with full sun, and they used to put out lots more, i am on stable branch, any idea how to fix this? or can you take a look at it, love this mod, wouldnt use solar without it at all anymore
