Sky Puzzle 4: Technically, one can go from the purple block, back to the purple block. Take a left, then right, right, and a left at the end of the path shown in the picture (though technically one can do this a couple different ways), and you'll end up on the tile adjacent to the purple tile you started on. You won't be able to go back onto the starting purple tile because it'll move you to the next area, but theoretically, it is possible in the fourth sky puzzle and I believe it can be done in the second puzzle as well.
