My point is, who would up and go buy an animatronic from a company that has a reputation for animatronics biting people's heads off and being related to some murders?
Nobody's that insane, you may think there are some fanatics in that world, but you're just thinking like the game fans do, not the people in the game's universe do...

Yes Thats mine too but guess didnt explain it. During the death minigames we help free the children souls and They got revenge on him so he hid out in the suit but he got killed by a loose spring that shoots(Phone guy warns employee about this in one of the calls) into him and since he was killed in the suit his soul was bound to the suit and his soul wasnt freed cause it most likely survived.(Newspaper clipping saying the "The few items that were salvaged will be sold at a public auction.") so maybe the springtrap suit survived subjecting the purple guy to the torment the kids were subjected to.

Here's my theory.
After all the pain and torment the kids have endured,they finally got revenge on purple guy.
When the kid's souls were finally released and the buildings were burned down, Springtrap's head only survived, giving purple guy's spirit no control over what he does, and giving purple guy a (probably) eternal prison.
