General info
Each world has a cartridge and 3 acorns, so we have 5 cartridges and 15 acorns to grab in total. For some of the acorns, bypassing a gimmicky secret will be required to reach them, but for most of them you'll need to go through fake walls. For auto-scrolling levels, being fast is the key to success.

For both types of collectibles you only need to pick them up and that's it, they're obtained. In other words, you don't need to finish the level after you get them, so just go for it and don't bother if you die after you get it.

Going for the acorns should be easier on Easy Mode (duh), but the Level select option gets you in the levels right away, without the need to navigate the overworld, so uhhhh... hmm... nevermind.

Here's a list of levels that contain collectibles, for the readers that don't need detailed help. You can check which acorns you've gotten on the Level select option, via the main menu.

Cartridges
One cartridge for each world, lesgo.

1-2
From this spot, keep running to the right and you'll go through the first fake wall of the game.

2-1
For this, use the balloon near the spike balls to reach the spot that the image depicts. From there jump onto the next balloon with the right timing.

3-6
Invisible blocks! After the part of dodging and running alongside spiked balls, follow this route and jump on the indicated invisible blocks to reach your goal near the start of the level.

4-9
Reach the platform above to trigger the bomb-blocks and with the aid of the bubbles to the left of you + some maneuvering, you can reach the bomb-blocks below. After this, time a mid-height jump to grab this cartridge (and die).

5-8
Probably the hardest of the cartridges: the time window to reach it is really tight, so timing is key. You'll need to jump right before the lightning goes away, almost touching it. In other words, time it so that the lightning goes away as soon as you're about to touch it mid-air. The white circle in the image depicts a safe spot.
World 1 acorns
1-1
Get some momentum from the right and touch the red trampoline to get some airrrrrrrrrr. Be precise and this should be your first acorn picked up.

1-3
Now this is a darn thing. Keep playing with that orange trampoline. After a few bounces it'll turn into a red trampoline, which gives you enough height to reach this frustrating acorn.

1-6
Fake walls! Look out for this spot before you reach it so that you can jump into the wall with full speed. The squirrel goes behind each of the fake walls, so you won't know your position at every moment, but remember that your squirrel always stays on the center of the screen. Jumping will make your squirrel bump at the roof, thus revealing the height of this secret passage. A tip for this would be, after you make the first jump, to walk slowly until the edge (until you see a part of yourself behind the wall) to know your boundaries before trying out a full run.
World 2 acorns
2-3
At the start of the level you should see a floating structure with a not-smiley face on it. You'll need to jump onto it, so progress with the level until after the two yellow trampolines, then follow the path pointed in the image below.

2-4
You'll spot the acorn at the top of the screen if you went through the part with trampolines and ice-blocks (the ones that fade away when you touch them) by running on the blocks rather than bouncing on the trampolines. To reach this acorn, get to the upper part then back to the balloon and through a fake wall.

2-9
Auto-scrolling level, so the requirement here is speed. Practice a bit and, if you're going through this on Hard mode, take note that when the timer reaches 300 mark you won't be able to get to the acorn anymore.
World 3 acorns
3-1
Easy to reach, hard to find. Try to spot these 4 special blocks on the level, then simply jump into them.

3-5
With a bit of timing and average knowledge of momentum, you should get this one with no trouble.

3-9
For this you'll need to jump on the edge of the trampoline on the right, then change direction mid-air. Try using the cactus on the background as a starting point, then either gauge your jump or move back a bit before jumping fully. Patience is the word here.
World 4 acorns
4-1
Near the end of the level, keep the switch blocks OFF, get some speed and jump on the bubble on the right moment. You'll find your prize after the next obstacle.

4-8
Easy to get, but you must rely on luck, as the meteors seem to be random.

4-10
Auto-scrolling level: speed required. Ride the balloons and change directions mid-air to reach the acorn. Use the image below as an example on how fast you need to be to be able to reach the collectible (notice that the bomb-block is already at 0).
World 5 acorns
5-2
Yet another auto-scrolling level. If you reach the bomb-block and are as far from the death-spikes as I was on the image below, you'll be able to get the acorn.

5-4
Tricky one, you must go through to the right then backtrack quickly above the bomb-block stair, taking the path drawn below, without bumping into anything.

5-9
On the way up you'll spot the last acorn on the left. Ride the balloons and with some help from the bubbles, you'll easily reach it.
Closing notes
There we go. If this guide has helped you out, don't forget to rate it. And if there is any way that I can make it clearer, do comment.
