Text Tutorial
1, Make sure you have winrar or winzip. If not goto http://www.rarlab.com/ and download/install
2, Download my SteamSkin.rar from here - https://mega.co.nz/#!6IUBnAjQ!Qd8ZogRyc0RrJucTtrxFe76gFesrF8xAozPNEcZGjH8
3, Extrack SteamSkin.rar into your Steam Skins folder. For most users it will be found here - C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\skins
4, If you use a version of windows older than 7 install the fonts in the - Fonts folder by right clicking on each and choosing install.
5, Open Steam, Goto Setting - Interface. The 3rd Drop-Down bar will list the different skins installed.
6, Choose the skin you would like to use. Click OK. You will be prompted to restart steam. Click restart steam.
7, Enjoy your new look steam.
