First locate this folder:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\how do you Do It\how_do_you_Do_It

Then inside of it there is an swf file called "how_do_you_do_it.swf".

Now open your web browser if it isn't already and drag the file into the url bar. It will now open in your browser. Bookmark it if you want. This really would have been better off as a newgrounds game. They didn't even set the adobe AIR build options to have a window or taskbar icon or disable window resizing. Anyhow if this helped you in any way, you are welcome.
