Step 1 Getting Music.
Go to: X:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Carmageddon_Reincarnation\ZAD
Extract audio_music.zad.

Step 2: Moving Music.
Open the new folder and click until you see the Race and Menu folder. Cut and paste either one to a new location. If you have a music specific location on your computer: Paste it there.
Step 3: Selecting Music.
After you pasted the Race or Menu folder to a new location. Rename it to something cool, like "cool".
Step 4: Configuration
Go to the Steam. Open the Music Details.

Click the small plus (+) sign.


In the new screen, Click Add.


Add your cool new music folder.
Step 5: Making it work.
Select your new folder in Music Details Screen.


Now hit add to Queue or Playlist.

Step 6: In-game thingies.
In the Settings turn off music.
Step 7: Play!
When playing the game.
Use the steam overlay (Shift+tab) to access the music player by clicking Music at the bottom.

Step Bonus: Adding New Music.
If you have any other music you'd like to listen to when playing. Add it to the music folder.
tl;dr: Extract mp3, Use steam music player.
