This guide describes how to get that mixed-up tank

Note that this guide may contain spoiler, like any other guides.
There may be other hidden tanks, but I will just be talking about megumin
The heshiko tank (Which I will not be writing a guide for) can only be gotten through bug/exploit.

Also, all the Daihon'ei corps free battles gives a different variant tank when you get a speed victory as compared to getting a normal victory.

Getting the mixed-up tank

If you are interested to finding it yourself, the hint from the JP wiki[wikiwiki.jp] is something along the lines of "Do something after clearing the great fuji cavern B100F".

In actual fact, you are suppose to do nothing.

After you don't kill shiro by not shooting her or by shooting alter, the end credits will roll after some scenes.
After the ending song, there will be a short scene(Where alter said she forgot about operation kisaragi) and the screen will show something like

Stare at that screen for 3 minutes or so and eventually "Megumin can now be assembled" will appear.
If you stare hard enough, it may only take you 30seconds :)

If it is the note that you do not understand, it says "Megumin speaks when produced."
