Guide to Eating Weapons

Robot is a character with an unique abiltity to eat guns and make a free pickup in its place. However, some guns act differently than others would if you were to digest them. Here is a list of guns that are you can munch up for some free health and slugs.

Normal Weapons.

Its another day at the Peanut Factory when you see these types. Mostly dropped by red chests, upon consumption, they give you either a random Mini Ammo Chest or 2 HP.

With Throne Butt: They give you 2 pickups, i.e. a chance to get a Medkit and Ammo for the price of one gun!

Golden Weapons

These are something to be happy to get. Being direct upgrades to their non-golden cousins, they are the better pick. But, if you were to eat them, they give you 4 bloody pickups. Four! With the right RNG Luck, you could refill an entire ammo type or your health!

With Throne Butt: You get an additional 5th pickup! Well don't that just be all!
Note: Remember, when you take a Golden Weapon with you through a Portal, you keep it for that Character!

Ultra Weapons

If Golden Weapons were a direct upgrade, these are 12 direct upgrades to those non-raddiated weps. Though, they cost Rads, and they spawn post-Loop, which will be the death for many of us. But still, with eating them, you get the usual pickups, and an additional 14 rads, which aint much, but still ammo for more Ultra Weapons. :)

Cursed Weapons

These are the weapons that make you regret ever getting a crown. These Weapons stay with the player, until they do certain actions to clense the curse. But, if you were idiotic enough to eat one, you gain the pickups, and also 7 DAMAGE! This can be lethal on many runs, so please, EAT WITH CAUTION!

Additional Notes

With Second Stomach equipped, all 2 HP pickups turn into 4 HP pickups.
With Reguritate, you have a 33.3% chance to drop a random chest, and all weapons left on the level are eaten on leaving the stage.
With Crown of Guns, you gain a 7% chance of a gun dropping on a kill, though you lose Ammo
Drops.
With Rabbit Paw, you gain a 60% chance increase for a pickup drop, and a 40% weapon drop, if you have the Crown of Guns.
With Open Mind, you have a chance to get 2 Weapon Chests to spawn.
With Heavy Heart, more weapons have a chance to drop.
If you were to eat a Hyper weapon, something will be unlocked.

Are blood weapons in the "normal weapons" category? From my limited experience, I was guaranteed, or at least more likely to get health from them. But it is hard to test because they are somewhat rare.

Often times I see that Crown of guns goes in great combination with Thronebutt. How about some good and bad mutations that have an impact on the Crown of Guns? My top priority mutations are thronebutt, back muscle, and rabit paws in most to least important. While some other mutations go good, but aren't very nice. One in particular is open mind.

And under golden weapons, "there" should be spelled like "their" when you say "there non-golden cousins".

Might want to update the golden weapon info. You no longer respawn with a golden weapon if you merely die with it. Now you have to go through a portal, and then you have the option to respawn with it.

just a theory, but a good combo would be throne butt, second stomach and crown of guns. with robot's passive you'll get good weapons sooner and be constantly regenerating hp and ammo.

Reguritate is an Ultra Mutation. Throne Butt makes it so you get 2 pickups.
