A pack of mods that can help with the launch EU4 on slower machines.

• Removes dark hole when disabe water ripple.
  
• Removes relief.
  
• Removes shade relief in the political map.
  
• Removes the changing seasons in the topography map.
  
• Removes smoke in the fog of war.

Recommended disable all graphical DLC and modsAnd edit C:\Users\user\Documents\Paradox Interactive\Europa Universalis IV\settings.txt in its sole discretion:
