Intro
This guide will show locations of the Osman loot stashes. Stashes that can be farmed repeatedly!

These Stashes follow the same respawn rules as any other, wait a certain amount of time or reload the game. Farming there boxes takes me less than 10minutes to run between the 3 of them and collect the loot, often times purple or better.

The Osman loot stashes are rooms with 2 white(hard) chests each and varying other chests and lootables inside.

The player can only enter these stash rooms if they have completed the quest: O Brother Where Art Thou, a quest started by Derek near the medical trailer where Dr. Zere is located, there are a few other locations where this quest is triggered by someone marking your map (this point it is just a marker not a quest). This quest is available early in the game, around the time you get to "Siblings" in the main story.

When you go to the marker in the tunnel you'll meet Osman and he will start your quest, it's short and fun and you will get a disproportionate reward to the work done.
Map
In the map below (New higher resolution map image thanks to Rogerhnn over at Techland forums) I have numbered the stashes 1,2 and 3. It has been updated to show notable loot spots on the path to and from these stashes now.

Police cars and Lockers have a very high rate of dropping weapon mods, finding King mods in lockers is not uncommon, so they are now marked.

Police Vans often have rare sellables, high end weaponry, and ammunition, always good to pick open.

Red chests as self explanatory, they have weapons and valuables/crafing loot.

Stash 1 in under the freeway, and is easy to find by the zip line coming off of it.

Stash 2 is an apartment with a video store under it, use the rear entrance.

Stash 3 is in the bus station on the left hand side when looking from the bus parking lot.

If you need a larger image, first click the map, then click the url at the top of the map, this will give you a full resoultion, high detail map.

Location 1 door is in the back, top floor.

Location 1 interior.

Location 2 door is in the back up some stairs.

Location 2 interior, you'll notice it is split into 2 rooms this time.

Location 3 at the bus stop.

Location 3 interior, taken after I eagerly opened some chests.

Hope this helps! Happy looting!

Update 7/9/20: For people wondering about the re-looting, the loose items found will not respawn. You can however re-loot chests and boxes that need to be opened.

A very good Locker is the one between the two safe zones in the North of Jaffars factory.
Also on the two sides of the Bridge of Shame there are 8+ Police cars and lots of Medics to find ;)

I haven't tried since the enhanced update, hopefully they didn't make these into 1 time chests.
