Unfortunately Eliza has no grab invincible reversals so she has to rely on limited options like jump -> j.hp, tag, level 3.
As for beowulf comboing into grab, I'm guessing you mean he can grab you after a blockstring? His grounded command grab moves him forward a lot before it grabs, so I'd suggest holding up+forward when it is used to end a blockstring. Then you can also punish it with j.MK -> combo (this is really good for punishing grabs in general too) IIRC he doesn't have any armoured grabs, just armoured moves when he isn't holding the chair - c.hp, c.hk.
I'm not sure about him grabbing you out of Brass. That can be done with any grab at close range, which would mean not doing Brass when close. I don't know though, if Wulf Shoot is a hitgrab it might make more sense. Will test that sometime.
