Nope, it was an Emperor level game. It was with normal resource settings, despite the extremely good starting location. I haven't had that good starting location even with legendary start option enabled.

I played the game only about 160 turns, until my city list contained cities: Attila's Court, Kyoto, Delhi, Berlin and Copenhagen. Wasn't that fun anymore after I was the only one alive in my continent.
