The Wings of Angels
Be airborne during Supernatural Jumps or Flight for a combined 10 minutes of gameplay


Cumulative. You will easily get this as you play.


Transcontinental
Fly continuously for 60 seconds


This one is pretty easy, especially once you get up to 5 flaps and infinite stamina. No need to count, just fly till you get it.


Fly, You Fools
Fly for 250,000 meters


This is cumulative so just fly whenever you have the opportunity to do so.


Shooting Star
Fly for 500 meters while on fire


For this one you need to fly low enough over ground lava (the lava bursts) or fly through the thin lava columns falling from flying islands. The 500m is cumulative, so just fly through them 4 or 5 times.



Barn Burner
Find 75 Barnstorming Diversion locations


Barnstorming, as mentioned in the game, means flying in very close quarters in cramped areas such as these cement tunnels.
The Forge (Ultor HQ) has no barnstorming locations, while Downtown (the twins) has many. There are more than 75 in total, and many are obtained through completing the Hellblazing activities.

Epic Flight Quest
Fly from the roof of Snowball's Chance to Sinterpol HQ's roof, without landing

Note: It can also be done in reverse, starting from Sinterpol HQ's roof (confirmed by dfg).

As the achievement describes you must start at the top of Snowball's Chance roof (located at northeast of the map)(see the next screenshot for more details)



Set a mark like this one in your map and start flying ( I recommend having at least 3 flaps)


Your goal will be the top of this tower

If everything went correct the achievement should pop as soon as you land on it.

*note (by dfg) - When doing Altars, once the requisite number of kills is achieved, the game prompts you to return to the altar to receive your new element. However if you don't return (and stay in bounds) low-level enemies continue to arrive and it's possible to grind weapon and power kills this way without the interruption of an archduke/Genki. Just remember you can't leave to buy ammo, and your arcane power is locked to the altar's new element.

The Seven Deadly Weapons
Kill 25 Demons with each of the Seven Deadly Weapons

Sloth Love Chunk
Get 250 kills with the Essence of Sloth

Nailed It
Get 100 kills with the God's Hammer


You unlock this weapon when you meet Blackbeard to use against the imps there.


Hazardous Dukes
Kill 25 Arch Dukes


Arch Dukes show up when your heat meter reaches 100%. Do that 25 times. Prof. Genki has a chance to show up instead of an Arch Duke, and unfortunately he does not add to the count.


Put Up Your Dukes
Kill an Arch Duke with a melee attack


You can weaken the Arch Duke with guns, then finish him off with a melee attack. I killed a random one, but it'd probably be easier killing one from a Marshalling Ground, since you can see their health.

As Autositz pointed out, Legionnaire melee attacks work just as well.


Imp-fanticide
Kill 50 of your own summoned Imps


The detonation upgrade for this power counts towards this achievement.


Oxymoronic
Kill 100 Demons using the Coldfire Aura Supernatural Power


The Coldfire power must be what kills the enemy for it to count, not a shatter or weapon kill. Enemy imps are susceptible to this power and thus keep any Dark Inciter enemies alive to summon them.

Get Stoned
Stonify and Shatter Kill 100 Demons with the Stone Blast Supernatural Power


You learn how to do this in a tutorial. Just hit an enemy or group of enemies with a stone blast, then shoot them to shatter.


Footprints in the Sand
Kill 150 Demons with the Stomp Supernatural Power


Purple Demons
Have minions kill 100 Demons with the Summon Supernatural Power


Plague of Gat
Kill 1000 Demons with any combination of Supernatural Powers

Double Trouble
Play Saints Row: Gat out of Hell Co-op for 3 hours


Seraphim and Cherubim
Play for at least 2 hours as Gat and 2 hours as Kinzie


You can switch characters in the Ultor building.

You should get this one pretty much straight away unless you have trouble getting used to the flying mechanics. Just make sure you get it before collecting all clusters.

This one is also achieved fairly quickly. Just play through the story.


Soul Drain
Find 100% of all Soul Clusters


There are 940 clusters in the game. The collectible finder upgrade can be bought at level 15, I'd wait for that before specifically looking to find all of them.



The Book of More, Man
Find 64 Tomes

Tomes in this game are the equivalent of the Audio Recordings in the previous game. These can also be found with the collectible finder upgrade.

Fallen Angel
Get your first Supernatural Powers


Pretty much a story achievement.


...My Dear Watson
Choose a new element for all of your Supernatural Powers


As it suggests, you must have all powers available and at least one alternate element for each one. Once you do, open the powers menu and switch the elements. You can also double-tap the power shortcuts.


Top Gunner
Shoot down a Spire missile with a blast while hovering


I didn't have much trouble with this one. Jump, hover or fly around till a missile is shot towards you, then hover and hit it with the blast power. To make it easier, wait till it gets close enough for you not to miss. Make sure you get the Hover upgrade beforehand, and that you do this before destroying all Spires.

Apparently this also works with a co-op partner's Spire. Thank you Autositz for the tip.


Raise the Roof
Smack into the ceiling 10 times while wall running

Satan Punchers
Beat the game



Gnarly Wave
Car surf on a Comet while it explodes


This can also be done in solo but for the purpose of this guide, I did it in co-op with a friend. The best place to find a lot of comets is the Survival diversion shown on the map below. You'll get swarmed by comets and some of them won't ignite. You can have a friend steal the comet to let you car surf on it.

Note: It also works if the car explodes from the 'explosive garbage' that is dispensed by the garbage truck.



Are You Crazy?
Get a Comet into the Ultor lobby


You'll need to open both doors of the Ultor building to get a Comet inside. If you are doing this in co-op, just remember that the door closes if you and your partner get too far from the building. I've found that the bridge (and area) north of the Ultor building is a great place to find Comets.

If you aren't getting the achievement, try driving in further into the lobby and hitting the front desk. Having another Comet (from co-op play) already inside may hinder the achievement from triggering. Destroy any other Comet your friend drove in before making your attempt.



Extra Crispy
Die in the lava


Self explanatory.


Soft Shoe
Stay in contact with the lava for 10 seconds without dying


There are 2 ways to do this:

• Run in circles while in a pool of lava with MAX HEALTH UPGRADES. Can also be done with level 2 health upgrade, as long as you have the highest fire/lava resistance.
  
• (Co-op Method) Get shot down (killed) by a Spire while on top of lava. You won't die instantly if you die that way because you'll get a revival timer.

According to Autostiz, the Ultor LMG ultimate upgrade decreases the damage you take from lava.

Out of the Frying Pan
Knock a vehicle into the lava


Super Sprint works just as well as Stomp.

Let's Bounce
In Torment Fraud, hit 5 vehicles in a row without touching the ground


It's best if you do this achievement on the EASY difficulty of Torment Fraud. From where you spawn, head forward into the first intersection to try and get a car pile up or enough air to land properly.. This may take a few retries depending on your luck.

Do it on single player because co-op has issues with spawning enough cars.



Terminal Hog
Take down an Extraction Facility while on a motorcycle


Try to divide and conquer if playing co-op. If playing solo, it's very important to clear out all enemies (especially Inciters) so that you can move on to the next capture point without issues. Extraction Facilities are not repeatable (like the some diversions) once completed.

Here's a tip from Pywackett-Barchetta for those who are doing it solo.

Saints' Creed
Stand on the tallest mast of the 'Queen Anne's Revenge'


For this one you need to go to the ship on which you meet Blackbeard, then land on top of the flag at the highest point of the ship. Can be a little tricky, but keep trying.
Using the hover ability may help you.



Hell Buoy
Have five Imps attached to you at one time


I got this without trying in the Stomp power tutorial. After killing some demons you get set upon by 8 or so imps. Just let them reach you and you'll get it.


The King of Hell
Complete ALL of the Challenges


A good chunk of the challenges are quite easy so for the purpose of this guide, I will only talk about some of them.

• Kill Bro Demons - They spawn on the top left quarter/zone. They appear in pairs riding the monster truck and they also appear riding the motorcycles.
  
• Kill Tragedy Demons - They spawn on the top right quarter/zone. They appear in the same fashion as Bro Demons but I found that their spawns are more reliable.
  
• Kill Legionnaires - They spawn randomly at notoriety level 5. If you don't get one immediately, just fly a good distance away and wreak a little bit more havoc (while maintaining notoriety level 5). There's a slight chance that a Legionnaire will spawn everytime you attract more demons at a new location. Alternatively you can probably farm any survival that has Legionnaires as the opening act. Just make sure you restart the diversion before completing it.
  
• 500 Lightning Arcs - Have a fully upgraded Energy Caster then find a Soul-in-One. Damage it with a high-powered gun so that the crew riding inside dismounts the vehicle then farm your chains.
  
• Greed SMG Wages Collected - Just make sure you have it fully upgraded and then use vacuum-element vortex to suck up all the wages. The bonus wages drop from Husks too.
  
• Lil' Croaker Tongued Targets - A quick way to farm this is to just spam the weapon on the ground when Professor Genki spawns at notoriety level 6. It's even better if you have rate of fire upgraded (but not damage) since he will essentially be juggled ad infinitum. You can most likely get all 100 just on Genki without any hassle if you have the suggested upgrades.

Nekuth has a nice tip for getting 500 lightning arcs.

Weapons can be upgraded at the weapon stations around the world. They are marked by a bullet icon on the map.

Purchase 113 Supernatural Power Upgrades


You need to complete all Altars (the ones that give you new elements) to get access to all upgrades. I suggest saving one of the Altars for later because Altars are a great way to farm weapon kills without interruption.
