There is no need to explain it. Its super simple and easy to do.

While playing the story mode I have noticed that this kill actually counts toward the GRIND and the achievement.
There is no need to explain it. Just kill the guy and restart.
It took me about 20mins to get the platinum grind.
Load up Chapter 6 and Checkpoint 11

You'll end up getting this achievement anyway on your way to all achievements so it's kind of a waste of time to target this one

MP works, it's just got a very low player count now, unfortunately :/

I recommend going to steamdb (dot) info , typing Max Payne 3 in the search, and then looking at the player count. There's usually 150-200 people on during Prime Time, and I ALWAYS get pubs to pop up during those hours.
