I have figured it out, you CAN start progressing towards a badge regardless of requirements met or not. It's just that you can't actually unlock it until you have the requirements met. I confirmed this via leveling up my playmaking to 20 and then playing one game I unlocked the On Court Coach badge. @nox

Can you START the earning process of these badges if your requirements are not met? Obviously if this were true, you wouldn't be able to acquire them until you meet the requirements.

does an1 knows how to unlock allstar outfit on mypark, i already played once allstar i was aswell MVP but still no trikot in mypark kinda strange

dead eye badge is impossible to unlock i played like 5-7games rookie over 30+ hand up shots or in the face shots then after it i put the difficulty on superstar i played 5+ games and 15-20 hand in the face shots and still no badge insane maybe a bug or something....

The Tenacious Rebounder badge is a bit weird. I've got it at the start of a new season with 346 rebounds in the 1st season. But with another myCareer it unlocked after the 400 rebounds during a season. Maybe it has some kind of rebound average unlock too.
