If pikmin are bugging out when carrying, open the console and type nav_generate.

they aren't gonna answer your questions, there is a new mod thats actually still being worked on made by one of the people who made this one (jasheron) and its called Pikmin NEW.

just a recommendation add the winged and rock pikmin and make them work as regular pikmin
