                                         This is just a quick fix for those without CS:S.
                                                So, apply the bandage to the wound!

                                                     
 

If it's not working, try these steps:":
Make sure you have restarted the game at least once. If you have, go to the Garry's Mod Addons folder, find and delete the file murder_knife_fix_370452538.gma, and test again.

If it doesn't fix the issue:

1. Download GWtool[drive.google.com] and move it to the Gmod addons folder.
   
2. Find murder_knife_fix_370452538.gma.
   
3. Open GWtool.exe and drag and drop murder_knife_fix_370452538.gma onto it.
