I actually modelled this one myself... YEA!!!!

Created because of an interesting request.

Model has 4 bones,

The bip_base is the main bone, use this one if you plan to scale it

The bip_neck is the up/down pivot point and the bip_pivot is the left/right pivot point for the motor head.

The bip_fan is the blade pivot, use the Blue ring only to rotate the blades with the Rotation Modulator (z Axis in the graph editor)

There are 3 very basic skins, White is skin 0, Waterlogged Labcoat Blue is Skin 1 and Waterlogged Labcoat Red is Skin 2.
