In any case, if there's a short cut, I won't discourage you. Perhaps I should put in a warning to just not be nice. Because yeah, that probably tripped you up.
So I guess, I shouldn't have done "good" side quests as well. I try to be more "evil" in my next playthrough.
The walk through mentioned in the guide was not sufficient. Besides I liked the guide to get some clue on the other achievements. Thanks for that.
edit: I read some of the former comments and the solution lies into just starting episode 5 and make evil choices.
--> tell her 200 gold isn´t enough --> she offers you 250 instead!
