GMS Frozen Tundra

Opis
A frozen tundra map for Garry's Mod stranded, with a cave and a 3D skybox. 4 antlion burrows located on each corner, the map can easily house 32 players. Updated fix for missing material.
This also fixes the texture issues for gms_land_of_mountains, as it is using the same snow texture.
