PLEASE READ DESCRIPTION

-You may need to do snd_restart in console

-If you do an headshot far away (maybe) you wont be able to hear it, you must do headshots at medium range or near you.

-if you dont want to do snd_restart you can copy the paste the workshop addon located in:
steam\steamapps\common\insurgency2\insurgency\custom\workshop
copy & paste Headshotsound and the Headshotsound.vpk.sound into custom folder back workshop

I tried doing the same thing myself. :P I was just kinda worried that maybe it might be considered a cheat, but glad it isn't. Great choice of sound version, too, btw!
