Playable Character Sprite: Hakurei Reimu (Touhou Project)

Beskrivning
Replaces the Cadence sprite with Hakurei Reimu from Touhou Project.

Current features:
- Reimu body sprites for all armors except karate gi
- Sound replacements: "pi-chuun" death sound, heal and revive sounds, and a few others

To-do list:
- Find something to do with the karate gi
- Marisa sprite for player 2
- Weapon sprite conversions: Reimu's gohei for the daggers, Marisa's Mini-Hakkero for the blunderbuss, etc.

If there is enough interest in the mod, I may add some other Touhou-themed elements. Here's what I'm thinking about:
- Generic enemy conversions: fairies for skeletons, kedama for slimes
- Boss conversions: Horikawa Raiko for King Conga

maybe make the minibosses into the stage one bosses, eg. blue dragon=cirno, green dragon=wriggle

Needs the PICHUN sound when you die, and maybe also the extend sound when you lifesave with the potion.
