There are 4 types of achievements:
1. Progress
2. Covenants
3. Weapon upgrades
4. Collecting weapons, miracles, pyromancy spells, and magic spells

You have to finish the game 2 1/2 times and you dont need to enter the DLC.

Play as you wish in the first playthrough, but keep an eye out for the tails you have to cut and for the boss souls which are required for special weapons! (Knight's Honor)

The PvP and Coop system is based on a Level range. Your Level +-10 Levels +-10% of your level.

Light bonfire flame.
Light any bonfire.

Acquire Estus Flask.
You will get the Flask in the Asylum after crushing the wall with the boulder, when you talk to Oscar of Astora.

Arrive in Lordran.
After defeating the Asylum Demon you get a key, step through the door and up the hill. You get the Achievement for the cutscene.

Ring Bell of Awakening at Undead Church.
Defeat the Gargoyles in the Church and Ring the Bell up in the Tower.

Ring Bell of Awakening in Quelaag's domain.
Defeat Quelaag down in Blighttown and ring the Bell behind her bossroom.

Arrive in Anor Londo.
Defeat the Iron Golem in Sen's Fortress and use the white ring in the bossarea to access Anor Londo.

Acquire the Lordvessel.
Defeat Ornstein and Smough and talk to Gwynevere to get the Lordvessel.

Acquire the Art of Abysswalking.
Defeat Sif. Buy the Crest of Artorias of Andre of Astora and follow the path beyond him to a glowing door. Use the Crest of Artorias (left of the glowing door is a hidden bonfire, just hit the wall). Walk through the door and straight towards a little bridge and towards a door with a light on the otherside of the forest. Approche the Gravestone to activate the fight.

Acquire the Rite of Kindling.

Defeat Pinwheel in the Catacombs.

Defeat Gravelord Nito after Pinwheel in the Tomb of Giants.

Defeat Bed of Chaos. Follow the path behind Quelaag past 2 other bosses.

Defeat the Four Kings, in New Londo.
Use the elevator under the Firelink shrine, talk to Ingward to get the key (guy in red clothings).
Lower the Water and enter the dark deep pit with the Abysswalking Ring equiped!

Defeat Seath the Scaleless.
Start at the Anor Londo bonfire , up the stairs and left into the Duke's Archives! Good Luck ;)

To Access the area of Crossbreat Priscilla you have to go back to the Asylum into the very first room to pick up a doll.
To Reach the Asylum you have to go to the Firelink Shrine and enter the elevator to the church, exit it as soon as there is a huge gap you can see the firelink shrine again and drop down. Hug the right wall and see a pillar to the huge building in the Firelink Shrine. Thats where you want to jump. Go up and enter the nest, then wait for the cutscene.

After collecting the doll, go back to Anor Londo into the Cathedral with the big painting. You can enter the painting with the doll.

After reaching Priscilla, hit her to make her hostile and to enter the fight.

There are 2 ways to reach Gwyndolin.
1. Kill Gwynevere
2. Get the Darkmoon Seance Ring from the Catacombs, its in a coffin behind a big skeleton.

Go to the bonfire under the big moveable staircase in Anor Londo. Equip the Seance Ring to make the Statue disappear.
DONT FIGHT HIM WHEN YOU WANT THE BLADE OF THE DARKMOON COVENANT ACHIEVEMENT

After Defeating Lord Gwyn, end the game by kindling the bonfire in the middle of the boss area.

After defeating Lord Gwyn, just leave the boss room.

In Firelink Shrine talk to Petrus of Thorolund, later in game besides 3 other NPC's.

Talk to the Daughter of Chaos, right after Quelaag.

Additional Achievement Note:
You need to offer her 30 humanity to rank up to level 2 and obtain the pyromancy spell "Chaos Storm"

There is a duplication glitch. (look it up in the glitch section of this guide)

Talk to the Cat in the Darkroot Forest.

To enter this covenant you need 25 faith, OR you need 5 faith less for each boss you killed while helping others! (3 bosses killed for others, only 10 faith).
You can find the broken statue on the other side of the dragon bridge, where you find Solaire of Astora for the first time.

Additional Achievement Note:
You need to rank this Covenant up to Level 1, you have to give 10 Sunlight Medals.

Locations:
• You can find 3 Sunlight medals in a chest in the opposite room of the last bonfire room before Ornstein & Smough.

Farming:
• You get 1 Sunlight Medal for each boss you defeat when a glorious warrior of the sun is part of the group. (Solair is also legit, Gargoyles, Gaping Dragon, Ornstein and Smough)
  
• The Chaos Bugs in the shortcut in Lost Izalith drop them sometimes (last location in Solaire quest)

You will get the miracle "Great Lightning Spear"
You also have to come back in NG+ and offer the Soul of Gwyn to the broken statue to get the "Sunlight Spear"

You can find the Everlasting Dragon in Ash Lake.
From the lowest Blighttown bonfire, head to the giant tree, you will find a soul there, roll through the back wall, you will find a chest there, roll through the back wall, go down the great Hollow to reach Ash Lake.

Additional Achievement Note:
You never ever are supposed to go down there again, so make sure you get the miracle "Great Magic Barrier"
After a long beach area, you will find on the backsite of the first big tree on your left a small way up, and into the tree. Kill the "frog" and watch carefully down. There is an empty branch hole you can drop into. go up and find the miracle. (never found it until i did achievement hunting)

In order to join this covenant you NEED TO DEFEAT FOUR KINGS >BEFORE< placing the Lord Vessel. After Ornstein and Smough just never go near Frampt (the "snake" in firelink shrine) until you defeat the Four Kings
After defeating Four Kings Darkstalker Kaathe will show up, talk to him, but be careful! he will bring up a check box! (DONT MISSCLICK)

You need Nito alive to be able to join this covenant!

In the catacombs you will eventually find a demon in a long hall. Infront of this demon you will find an interacive coffin on the left site, enter it and wait for a cutscene.
Talk to Nito in the new room and join the covenant.

You can only advance in the covenant when Nito is still alive, else you have to progress to the next new game+.

Additional Achievement Note:
You need to rank this covenant up to level 1 to get the miracle "Gravelord Greatsword Dance"

In order to do that you need to bring him 10 Death Eyes.

Locations:
• You can find 3 behind the demon, 3 on the left near a coffin after entering the Tomb of Giants (Skeleton nearby)
  
• You can also buy 3 from Patches (the guy you find in the Tomb of Giants)

Farming:
• You can farm them in the great hollow, by killing the frog-like creatures.

Just talk to Gwynevere and join the covenant.

Note: DONT ENTER THE BOSS ROOM OF GWYNDOLIN!

Kneel before the foggate to Gwyndolin, to get the achievement.

Additional Achievement Note:
You have to rank up to Level 1 for a required weapon and miracle.

In order to do this, invade players with the given Blue Eye Orb or with the Blade of the Darkmoon Covenant Ring. You have to collect 10 Souvenir of Reprisal to reach Level 1.

You can either do PvP or farm these things in the Painted world of Aramis by killing the Harpies.

Titanite Shards: sold by Andrei of Astora and the Giant Blacksmith
Large Titanite Shards: sold by the Giant Blacksmith and the Crestfallen Merchant in Sen's Fortress
Titanite Chunks: Farm these by killing the Dark Wraiths in New Londo
Titanite Slab: Rare drop of the Dark Wraiths in New Londo, 1 drop of Straydemon (Asylum), 1 in the end of the Sigmeyer of Catarina Storyline

Green Titanite Shards: sold by the Giant Blacksmith and the Crestfallen Merchant in Sen's Fortress

Blue Titanite Chunks: farm these by killing Crystal Golems in the Crystal Cave and Darkroot Basin (also dropped by the the Halberd black knight in the kiln)
Blue Titanite Slab: worst spot ever. There are hidden paths in the crystal cave. You know probably all the straight ones, although there is one path which is extremly curvy. This path is located near the end, when you drop on the last hidden path to Seath, turn around, there is a small cave with some crystal lizards, go straith through and be extremly cautious! Use Prisomstones, Arrows, or a spear with a shield to find your path! Good luck!
There is a second slab in the DLC, after the first boss you leave the boss area of Sif and into the forest. Go up the left way and a bit into the forest, between a lot of grass is a chest with your slab.

White Titanite Chunks: farm these by killing the axt wielding black knight in the kiln
White Titanite Slab: This one is in a hidden cave in the room right before nito with all those little nasty skeletons and the Pinwheels

Red Titanite Chunks: farm these by killing the greatsword wielding black knight in the kiln.
Red Titanite Slab: This one is in a chest before bed of chaos in the poisonous swamp

Note: If you enter New Game + you have to find all embers you need to upgrade again!

Large Ember: It's in the first chest in the depths, besides a butcher and a dog

Very Large Ember: In a chest in New Londo after you lowered the water. There is a big room, with a shortcut, to the room of ghosts. Stay at the same side of the room and enter the spiral staircase and follow the path to the highest point of the building.

Crystal Ember: Found in a chest near the bookshelf shortcut where you lower the staircase

Large Magic Ember: After you killed Seath, return to the first encounter room. It's in a chest.

Enchanted Ember: In the forest before Sif, near 2 big mashrooms (very stronk be careful) in a chest in the water.

Divine Ember: Behind the Moonlight Butterfly at the top of the tower

Large Divine Ember: From the first bonfire in Tomb of Giants, up the ledder, turning right, following the path and drop down the little hole. Carful! there are many skeletons! In the other corner of the room.

Dark Ember: In the Painted World of ariamis found on a dead Blacksmith

Large Flame Ember: Before Firesage, turn left and follow the path to its end with a chest. Many worms!

Chaos Flame Ember: After obtaining the Lava Ring, run past all the taurus demons where Ceasless Discharge was. Good luck.

Quelaana of Izalith
Location: You need a Pyromancy Flame +10 in order to let her show up, and you have to defeat Qualaag. You can find her near a pillar in Blighttown, facing to Quelaags boss room on the way from the bonfire to Quelaag.
Note: You have to talk to her BEFORE you defeat Bed of Chaos, at least once!

You need to collect all sorceries in the game.



Griggs of Vilhelm
Location: Buy the lower undead burg key from the undead merchant, near the bonfire in the upper undead burg, go through the shortcut, or from the bridge (Solair) down to the undead burg, turn left at the well and open the door with the key to free him
Note: You need 10 intellegence to be able to buy stuff from him


Big Hat Logan:
Location: Free him in Sen's Fortress, by turning the machine in the direction between the paths you came from. Wait for 2 boulders, turn it again, and walk down the path and free him in his cell.
Note: You need 15 intellegence to be able to buy stuff from him

Location: Firelink Shrine, besides Griggs

Location: Duke's Archive near the bonfire and shelf shortcut



Dusk of Oolacile
Location: Kill the Hydra in Darkroot Basin, go to the end of the water passage in the little cave. Quit out, log in again, kill the golem, talk to Oolacile, go back to the land, near the other Golems and find a summon sign.
Note: Beware of angry Crystal Golems, may kill her


Ingward:
Location: New Londo. You get the key, to lower the water, from him

Equip the Firekeeper soul as usable item in your quick slots.
Parry and wait for the animation to end, short before the animation ends, press X (use item) and start very fast!
Are you in the menu and nothing else happens ? good.
Now go to the estus flask and use one, you will be asked to use the firekeeper soul, press yes, you got 5 humanity and the soul should still be there.

You can use the animation of consuming the firekeeper soul, to do the same, and create an endless loop instead of using the parry animation. After a few tries it's pretty simple. You can do it with homward bones and Boss Souls too.

//This technique is harder with female characters, try to use the animation of parrying while two handing any weapon.
