All the mission trials for MGSV: Ground zeroes, if you want the achievement "Unlocked
Unlock all trials" you might not do them but still, you have to unlock them all.

UPDATE: I don't know when it was changed, but the current state of play is that the trials for Deja Vu are now also required before the achievement unlocks.

so in short you just mark enemies on normal and play through hard twice for each mission. i played through on twice on all the other missions twice and i noticed the achievement wasnt unlocking for me tell i noticed i wasnt playing a mission on hard and it was the ground zeroes mission.

Sure, but since the guide is a listing of the trials, I thought you might want to list them all. It's nice to have them handy.

"First off, you don't need to play the Deja Vu extra op mission at all to get a single achievement in the game. It doesn't count towards progress on any of the achievements. You will need to complete the Jemais Vu extra op. for each step of this achievement.
