Cover Effectiveness Indicators

Description
Adds overlays for cover effectiveness/cover height near pawns and the cursor. I'm not going to lie, given how important cover height can be with Combat Extended, I was bewildered that nobody has made this before, so I set out to rectify this on my own dollar. If you like doing raids in Odyssey's dungeons or Urban Ruins maps that are full of clutter of every shape and size, this is for you.

The cover near any drafted pawns can be viewed by using the button in the bottom right control panel or a hotkey (default key N). Cover in other any position can be checked by holding CTRL and moving the cursor around.
Supports both the vanilla "cover effectiveness" values and Combat Extended's "cover height". Values will be colored on a gradient; for Combat Extended this gradient shifts from red to yellow at 1.5 m (the maximum height most pawns can shoot over) to green at 1.75 m (indicating full coverage for most pawns).

A particular note about trees and other plants in CE: They're weird. As best as I or anyone else can tell, trees either use the vanilla "chance to miss" system and its values, or are completely ignored and offer zero value as cover. They may be ignored, because they aren't even factored into the aiming calculations CE exposes.[files.catbox.moe] Have your worst shooter fire at someone behind a tree, and it'll be like they're standing the open. Bushes are definitely ignored entirely, evidenced by them not appearing in the hit calculations either despite seemingly having a "cover height" value. The mod will display the "cover effectiveness" value all the same for plants, but if you're playing with CE just take note of this and don't bet your life on the protection of a plant. If this really frustrates you, I recommend the excellent CE BulletsPenetrateTrees mod by Likewise which turns trees into hard cover which can be penetrated by rounds depending on their sharp AP.
