Step 1.
Go to: (Идем по пути:)

Editing sl.pcl.dll to sl.pcl.dll.old (Меняем имя файла sl.pcl.dll на sl.pcl.dll.old)

Step 2.

Disable Steam overlay in the game (Выключаем оверлей Стим в игре)



Step 3.

Go to the game settings and enable windowed mode.
