Patch for Leugi's Orelie Antoine I (Mapuche). Leader Abilities have been corrected. Original mod is required.

English and Japanese are supported.

The appeal bonus was probably not working. Modified the database and text to ensure abilities function correctly.

Leader - Orelie Antoine I
LUA - King of the Southern Star: +1 Diplomatic Favor per turn for each civilization you have Open Borders. Receives +1 Appeal to all owned tiles when targeted or taking part of Emergencies; this bonus is doubled in cities with Governors. (This bonus stacks for each emergency.)

Some of you may have noticed discrepancies with the original mod page description. As mentioned in the comments there, this is the ability as it appears in-game. However, I've made several changes to simplify the ability and make it manageable.

• Omit the +1 Diplomatic Favor to civilizations that open their borders to Orelie.
  
• The appeal increase was set as +2/+4 in the text but +1/+2 in the database; I've adopted the latter value.
  
• The regularly held Scored Competition is no longer eligible for bonuses.
