This guide gives a brief overview of my experience unlocking each secret, but is not entirely sure exactly how it is triggered.

P.S. As of now, most other secrets have been conceptualized but remain unfinished.

Use Shanoa enter the mapThe Bone Zone in inverse mode, then kill Sketamari.

Defeat Death's demonic knight duo with Dracula's smallest henchman.



The game will automatically unlock after the update. However, the unlock method can be determined based on the original text. Location is shown in the figure. Use Fleaman to enter the map Ode to Castlevania, then kill Slogra & Gaibon.

For Annette, evolve the "Clock Tower" while in Gallo's Tower.

Just for a help:
For Witch Actrise: Use Carrie on Inlaid Library and defeat the witch boss there.
For Arikado, find a way to kill Red Death with Mina Hakuba. I don't know if I did it with the two evolutions that help, but my hunch is that Sanctuary can actually eliminate it instantly, like it did with the ring and Mataglio guardians.
Hunches: For Hugh, get a full set of vampire-killing swords while on Dairy Plant. For Stone Skull, kill the skeleton ball in Inverted Bone Zone as Shanoa.
