Description
New Lothern Sea Guard Unit
Requires Tier 4 basic military building called Asur Citadel or Lothern (Specific) Port Tier 3

Let me know if its too overpowered! Maybe I'll switch to T5.

Looking to add armor piercing volley ability soon so check back!
